# Victoria Secret Runway models and capabilities ## Runway recast workflow Model: bytedance/seedance-2-5, provider: Kie. Each of the seven runway templates accepts one adult portrait. Source clips and silent references are pinned on the server. Output is configured to 480p, adaptive duration and a choice of 9:16 portrait (default) or 16:9 landscape; the matching source audio is restored after generation. The portrait controls identity, complexion and hairstyle rather than replacing the runway outfit. Actual examples have been generated; consistent identity, motion or framing is not guaranteed. ## Template execution Server-owned IDs pin the reference, photo roles, settings, quote and soundtrack. The lifecycle is reserve → submit once → poll/callback → restore audio → private R2 storage → settle or return the original reservation. Unknown provider outcomes are reconciled without automatic paid resubmission.
